This podcast conveys messages by using poems and life style stories through  music and fiction. This is presented in the podcast  when he said ''where are this kids going to be in 20 years time ? Some of them will be doing drugs and stabbing people or in jail ''.  The purpose  of this podcast is to inform and educate the new generation  by using a form of poetry in order to the the issues and needs we aren't getting . He used statistic in order  to inform how we got 100 of young people that are in need and not in education ,he also mentions that  in  march we had  58% of them(Student) aren't active when it comes to jobs but we all know why this is happening. This podcast running order runs by having music in order to tell  a new story as  it  seems that he think that now at days rappers use music which connect to things that are going on in this community. For instance he talks about how hard life is because no one is listening  or talking on different issues that are affecting us . In this podcast we hear lots of voice-overs  to present a second person in the podcast or we even hear multiple voices. George  is the presenter of it's oven podcast as no many actors are part of  this podcast . This is shown i n the podcast when he changed his voice by using voice effect in episode 2 to present himself as a teacher.

As George tells the public that he doesn't have any experience in podcasting he also mention the fact that he took a new challenge as he really wanted to bring to sociology and humanities along with student advice through audio.  An interesting fact about   George podcast  is that  he was still recording  an orchestra during lock-down . This was because he didn't have any idea of how long this would have lasted .During this period of time he  was collaborating over the internet but the recordings sessions in Abbey Road  was very complicated as it because of Covid they  were 571 liters per second for the room in order to keep the players safe. As they stud 2.5 meters away from each other this became a problem for the sounds.  With the Adam Miller( Recording engineer) this sounds came out perfectly.

When it comes this podcast George mentions different things in order to bring awareness:
