Technology used by Radio 4 This are the following equipment used by BBC radio 4: -Headphones - Digital pay-out -Microphone -Studio speaker DJ\ Mixing Headphones -Laptop or Desktop Computer -Channel Mixer -Microphone pre-process Shock Mount It's very important to different roles that are within the radio station and those are: -Engineering producer -Station manger -Managing Producer -Broadcast Journalist -Producer (they use Digital Cartwall) -Host/presenter As we can see from this image I have presented two different images of radio4 station and how this radios works .Each and every equipment is used by different people in the sector for instance The host which it's also known to be the presenter uses microphone headphones along wit the interviewer, Volunteer and Radio trainer as they talk and ask questions.
